I’ve just been getting ready for the hell that will be my senior year. I had a meeting with my consoler, went shopping for school supplies, worked almost everyday, and slept a lot. My moms making my favorite homemade macaroni and cheese and I just know it’s gonna be like 123562478329463 calories. I’ve been pretty good today and burned everything I’ve eaten so far but I know this is gonna ruin it :/ Is there anyway to avoid eating your favorite foods or maybe controlling how much you eat?
